Operating as a main - contractor on projects upto £10m. Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail Cost value reporting Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong communication and negotiation skills Sub-contract procurement of sub-contractors Ability to work independently and as part of a team Time management skills to meet project deadlines BSc or equivalent.
