Class 1 (C + E) HGV Driver - DAYS We are working with a client who is seeking for more HGV Class 1 (Cat C + E) drivers to add to their team, working on curtainsider fleet with palletised goods. General Haulage run, needing drivers Mon - Fri, weekend work occasionally. Main responsibilities: Being accountable for the safe and timely delivery of goods on the vehicle Being responsible for securing the goods in the vehicle and unloading at each drop Perform daily checks on the vehicle and trailer and keep the vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members Adhere to all traffic laws and regulationsExperience: - Class 1 (Cat C + E) driving experience (1 year minimum for insurance purposes) - Valid CPC - Clean driving record Location: Runcorn Salary: £15.50 PH, 8 hours minimum paid per shift, breaks paid Holiday pay accrued separately Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Start time approx..
