As a consultant, you should have excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.You will:Collaborate with clients to identify business problems and develop solutions.Conduct research, analyze data, and create reports to provide insights and recommendations.Evaluate new project ideas and proposals and provide feedback.Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the engagement.Maintain a roadmap to ensure clients and teams are informed about the status and timing of business analyst support efforts.Identify and recommend process improvements and support their implementation.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.Develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.Deliver strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management support.What You Will Need:US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance.Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (educational requirement may be waived with 5 additional years of experience).1+ years of relevant experience.What Would Be Nice To Have:Preferred 5+ years of experience with human capital management, workforce planning, or organizational design.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as MS Excel, PowerBI, and/or Tableau.Experience with HR data analytics and reporting.Experience working with various stakeholders to interpret and convey business functions, requirements, priorities, objectives, and constraints.Experience developing and reviewing business requirements, user stories, and business cases.Familiarity with agile methodologies; experience with scaled agile framework (SAFe) is a plus.Experience leading business analysis, data analysis, and process improvement.Experience working with government agencies.Relevant certifications, including PMP, agile, or SAFe certifications.What We Offer:We offer a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package reflecting our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
