Senior Technical Co-Ordinator

Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a national property developer in their search for a technical co-ordinator with residential new build experience who can work across southern counties of UK. About the role of Technical Co-Ordinator Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a national main contractor in their search for a Technical co-ordinator. The role is for a Technical Co-Ordinator, who can comfortably commute between south UK Counties to assist with the construction of residential new builds ranging from 200 houses to 4000 houses. This is a hybrid role and remote working is available. This will start as a temporary basis and may continue to a permanent contract. Responsibilities for Technical Co-Ordinator Assist with ensuring all equipment requiring calibration is sent in a timely manner to maintain the site calibration matrix. Check trade across the projects. ??To participate in the management and co-ordination of the external consultant team through all stages of project procurement (Land & Planning, Commercial, Production, Sales and Adoptions). Requirements for Technical Co-Ordinator Industry related qualification Industry related qualification Industry related qualification Industry related qualification. Ability to work under own initiative. Ability to work within tight deadlines and to programme accurately. Ability to manage external consultant team and ensure all deadlines are met.
