Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to maintain, repair, and service a variety of forklift trucks and related equipment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a range of machinery, including construction plant and specialist military vehicles and equipment. Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on forklift trucks and related equipment. * Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues effectively. * Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with the service manager and customers. * Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications and Experience: * Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of forklift trucks, construction plant, or specialist military vehicles and equipment. * Strong diagnostic skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. * Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are desirable. * Full UK driving license.
