As a rapidly expanding startup focused on smart outdoor hardware, we're actively searching for a talented and driven Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in optimizing our daily operations, leading our process improvement initiatives, and managing our supply chain channel, ensuring that our products are efficiently sourced, manufactured, and delivered to meet customer demands while minimizing costs and maximizing operational efficiency. We're seeking individuals who are analytical problem solvers and who are passionate about driving efficiency and innovation within operations. What You’ll Do: Daily Operations Management & Reporting: Oversee daily operational activities and ensure they are conducted efficiently. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to provide insights and recommendations to increase our efficiency. Prepare and analyze reports on operational performance, highlighting key metrics and trends to be used to recognize issues early and identify areas for opportunity. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication. Support CS team by troubleshooting customer shipping inquiries. Inventory and Supply Chain Be the main point of contact with suppliers and vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods. Utilize demand forecasting to support the Operations team in determining inventory needs and ensure timelines are established to avoid potential backlogs. Maintain the Inventory Management System (IMS) using purchase order receiving, inventory transfers, and monthly reconciliations to ensure levels are accurate by location. Be responsible for all outgoing and incoming shipments (small parcel, LTL, and FTL). Process Building and Improvements Develop and implement new SOPs and documentation to address operational gaps and support our growth and scaling efforts Track supplier performance, investigate and address material non-conformances, along with determining next steps and remediation. Support management in enforcing quality control measures with suppliers, tracking and recording completed checks in conjunction with the Quality Manager. To Succeed, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
