Site Manager

My client is looking for a site manager for a project in Newton Aycliffe. The role will involve elements of building and overseeing the fitting of refrigeration panels. Hours – Monday to Friday 2.00pm to 12.00am Requirements – SMSTS Black CSCS Card First Aid Responsibilities To generally look after the site during the project this will include the following 1. Set the site up inc fencing, welfare and signage etc 2. Site Inductions 3. Make sure all persons sign in and out 4. Completing daily diary sheets 5. Issue daily check sheets 6. Filing of all paperwork and updating files 7. Continually monitor site safety 8. Write weekly work programmes for issuing to client 9. Regular check works being carried out every day to monitor and make sure works are as specified and quality 10. Co-ordinate all subcontractors inc daily 15 min meeting each day to discuss next days activities with each supervisor 11. Daily meeting with client management to discuss works 12. Generally thinking ahead to make sure works are completed on time and correctly ready for the next trade inc contacting sub-contractors where required 13. Check works against work program 14. Contacting sup contractors direct to establish start dates and requirements 15. Review RAMS and approve 16. Chase sub-contractors for information if required to enable works to be carried out 17. Make sure site labour carrying out his duties each day 18. Work weekend if necessary 19. Attend contract meetings with client
