As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Technology Lead who has experience developing cloud-based solutions.As a Technology Lead (Java) at BrainRidge Consulting, you will be responsible for leading and development of business-critical financial applications. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cloud-based solutions and become an integral part of our innovative team.Responsibilities: Conduct thorough analyses of client application ecosystems, assessing architectures, class definitions, and database mappings to identify opportunities for improvement.Dive deep into client applications, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their functionality and business logic.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that architectural decisions align with industry best practices and client requirements.Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.Lead development teams, providing hands-on direction and fostering a culture of excellence in application architecture.Qualifications:You bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Java developer, with a strong background in application architecture.Your expertise extends to architecting and building scalable applications that meet the diverse needs of clients across industries.You have a deep understanding of microservices-based architectures and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.While not required, experience in the banking and financial sector would be advantageous.You possess strong problem-solving skills and can navigate complex codebases with ease.Your toolkit includes proficiency in Spring Boot, and you're eager to stay ahead of the curve with emerging technologies.Pay type: Salaried$160,000 - $200,000The above represents BrainRidge Consulting pay range and type.Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structureAt BrainRidge Consulting, we value and prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion.
