Data Analyst

Data Analyst required for Ipswich engineering company. As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable and informed support to our client’s team. Responsibilities will include: - * Analyse, manipulate or process large sets of data using statistical software * Identify business problems or management objectives that can be addressed through data analysis * Document data standards, semantic layer mapping, data flows and conceptual flows * Collaborate with business users to ensure data is available for self-service analytics * Design, implement and maintain ELT pipelines that provide transformed data from source systems to analytics tools * Create graphs, charts or other visualizations to convey results of data analysis Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or a similar field with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Azure are required. Salary c£16-19. p/hr depending on experience
