Through advocacy and collaboration with Federal and State bodies, PICAC sets the standard in vocational education. The Role: We are looking for a

Compliance & Audit Specialist

to join our team. This role has two key functions: Compliance & Audit Leadership: Establish and coordinate PICAC’s national internal audit schedule (Regulator and Funded). Lead responses to external audit requirements and monitor internal practices. Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to improve operational performance and reduce risk. Validate all courses on the scope of registration. Assist in researching emerging opportunities. Lead projects related to platform or system implementation and performance improvement. What We’re Looking For: At least 3 years of experience in vocational education roles. Strong understanding of Regulator requirements and experience working with State Bodies on funded training. A minimum of Certificate IV in Training and Assessing; a Diploma of Auditing (or working towards it) is highly desirable. RTO experience. Why Join Us? Flexible working arrangements.
