Holiday entitlement – 25 Days Working hrs – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Pension scheme  - 3% by us and 5% by employee (With Nest) Other benefits  - Optional Healthcare (Salary Sacrafice), Onsite Gym Membership, Birthday as Annual Leave We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecoms Billing Manager specialising in the Zoey platform to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of telecom billing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. This role requires a deep understanding of the Zoey billing platform and the ability to optimize its use to support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities/Skills for the role: -          Billing Operations Management -          Zoey Platform Expertise -          Data Analysis and Reporting -          Customer Support -          Compliance and Audit -          Team Leadership You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end telecom billing process using the Zoey Platform, whilst ensuring the timely and accurate generation of invoices for all telecoms services. As well as this, you will be analysing billing data to identify trends, discrepancies and opportunities for improvement, whilst leading and mentoring a team of billing specialists.
