Bee Happy Recruitment are working with a skincare manufacturer based in Hove. Their mission is to support healthcare professionals to launch and grow their own brands of highly efficacious skincare products to improve their clients skin health and grow their businesses. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and be a key player in contributing to the smooth running of the company, monitor productivity and help improve processes to ensure we meet our customers and employee’s needs. Job Description: The role requires you to be proactive, foresee future potential issues which could reduce productivity, manage operational issues if they arise whilst allocating priorities and meeting deadlines. You will work across all departments including * Manufacturing * Purchasing * Research and Development * Production * Warehousing * Design * Sales and Marketing You will require tact and tenacity as you will be ensuring individual departments report on and meet productivity requirements and support them to achieve these through continual process improvement. Responsibilities: * Maintaining companies’ databases * Producing company productivity reports * Project Management * Scheduling and Prioritising Team Tasks * Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers. * Procurement * Creating forecasting reports from templates * Budget management * Managing inventory and stock control * Goods-In reconciliation Who are we looking for? * A keen eye for quality and exceptional attention to detail, experience in an ISO 9001:2015 accredited company is beneficial. * Organised, efficient, process driven to allow prioritisation and coordination of multiple work streams and manage your time effectively. * Remain calm and focused under pressure in a dynamic environment. * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build supportive positive working relationships. * Have an “above the line” mindset. * Confidence to engage at all levels from senior management to junior team members. * Experienced project management skills. * Digitally astute with experience in CRM, ERP, Financial Software, MS 365. * Proactive and execute decisions. * Hands on and supportive when required.
