Scaling like a startup is our daily life and being able to deliver in a fast-paced environment is the key.What you'll be doing:Attached directly to the Data Assessment core team of the Data Office, the role of the Data Manager is an accelerator to guarantee ongoing availability, quality, and clear meaning of data accross the Key Digital Program (KDP), Vista Rev’Up. Thise digital solution delivers to revenue growth management teams across Pernod Ricard markets, recommendation on promotion planning and pricing optimization to activate sales. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of talented people in Data Science, IT and Business across the globe over the mission.When assigned by Data Assessment core team, steer pre-assessments which assess data readiness and size-of-the-prize prior to Vista Rev’Up deployments on market. Implement data remediation actions coming from pre-assessments outputs when necessary. You will be supported by a Data Analyst. Stakeholders management and coordination is required.Drive data collection and validation over the deployement. Map dataflows with related metadata, e.g. dataset owners, calculation rules, transformations applied, etc. to ease data refreshes but also data quality issues root cause analysis and remediation. Analytical and mapping skills are neededDesign data refresh processes hand-in-hand with global teams to sustain usage of Vista Rev’Up overtime and drive optimization to reduce everyone’s workload. An analytical & collaborative mindset is required.Contribute to the global implementation of a data quality monitoring process across different markets. Ensure operational monitoring from the detection of incidents to their remediation. Stakeholders management and continuous improvement mindset necessary.Be the master of Vista Rev’Up data in coordinating definition, alignement and maintenance of business metadata and related taxonomies so that everyone understands and consumes data easily.
