Job Title: Electrical Contracts Manager Location: Walsall Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We’re a well-established M&E Contractor in Walsall, looking for an ambitious Electrical Contracts Manager to head up our Electrical Division. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in reactive maintenance and supervisory experience who is eager to move into an office-based management role. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the Electrical Division, focusing on reactive maintenance, PPMs, and projects. * Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high standards. * Conduct regular site visits to monitor job progress and compliance with safety regulations. * Manage a team of electricians and subcontractors, providing leadership and support. * Liaise with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships. * Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, issues, and solutions. Key Requirements: * 3-5 years' experience in reactive maintenance, with a solid understanding of PPMs. * Experience in a supervisory role, ready to transition into a management position. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail. * Ideally local to Walsall or surrounding areas, as the role is primarily office-based with site visits throughout the week.
