Songhees is looking for an intermediate project manager to join the marketing division. We specialize in B2B marketing with a focus on oil and gas service companies. Our services include marketing strategy development, brand and identity design, general graphic design, web development, media production, social media management, advertisement and SEO.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Work with Vice President to develop internal marketing strategy
- Write proposals including developing project budgets and timelines
- Manage projects to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain external vendor relationships including collaborating with writers and designers to produce content
- Assist in the development of our internal content calendar
- Issue profit and loss analysis reports for each project
- Help in the development of processes for the marketing division
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 2–4 years experience managing marketing projects with a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
- Have prior experience in a marketing agency setting
- Be proficient in the use of project management tools
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management or a related field
- Project management certification will be considered an asset but not requirement

Schedule
This is a permanent full-time salaried position expected to work 40 hours per week. This is a hybrid work position that will require time in the office with flexibility for working from home part of the time. Candidates must be based out of Calgary, AB and we will not consider fully remote workers. The project manager must be available during business hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
