Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Mobile) Manchester, £38,000 plus benefits package (Including 20 days AL + 8 BH’s +Van +Fuel card + Personal use of vehicle + Overtime) Your new company * Working for a globally recognised and leading Facilities Management and Technical Services provider. * Working on commercial sites across Manchester. Your new role * Working as a mobile engineer covering commercial sites across Manchester. * Working Mon – Fri 8am – 4pm * To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance, reactive and breakdown works to electrical bias systems (emergency lighting, fire alarms, 1-3 Phase equipment, fuse boards, switches, sockets and etc.) * 1 – 2 times per month you will be required to trave down to Runcorn to work on sites in the area. * Overtime is available at the standard rate: Mon- Sat paid at time and a half, Sundays and BH paid at double pay. * Call out is 1 – 5 weeks. * 30 min travel time allowance. What you'll need to succeed * To be looking for a long-term role. * Hold a Level 3 or City and Guilds in Electrical installation. * 17th or 18th Edition. * Previous experience in a Commercial FM role is beneficial.
