EPM functional analyst H/F

For a few years, GEODIS has initiated a wide transformation program of its Finance Function, defined a new performance management model and just deployed Oracle Cloud Fusion EPM solution.In the context of the move to run of the EPM, we are recruiting an EPM functional analyst within GEODIS group controlling team. The EPM functional analyst will be responsible for EPM functional administration, and will contribute to user adoption, change management and to evolution and projects related to the EPM.Main MissionsEnsure EPM data quality and functional administration• Be responsible for the functional administration of EPM tool• Manage EPM access needs• Contribute to maintain functional documentation of the EPM• Ensure that end-to-end process is in place and controls done to secure transactional and meta data quality in the EPM• Conduct consistency checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of EPM data.Contribute to improve user adoption of the new performance management model and of the EPM through change management, training, communication and user support• Maximize benefits from the EPM tool by developing / maintaining know how on the solution (good practices sharing, FAQ, tips & tricks…)• Support EPM champions• Contribute to animate EPM community of champions, communicate on EPM updates and evolutions to users.• Contribute to maintain and enrich EPM training documentation, lead EPM trainings and coach trainers to ensure efficient utilisation of EPM• Contribute to communication and collaboration around support process for functional side with IT and business teams.Participate to GEODIS Financial Transformation though contributing to EPM evolutions and projects• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their financial reporting requirements and translate them into EPM system functional specifications.• Contribute to design the evolutions with EPM Global Product Owner and Line of Business Product Owners.• Coordinate testing activities of new features, mobilise and support users involved in evolution tests.• Contribute on other projects related to GEODIS Financial Digital Transformation.Minimum Requirements:Graduated from a Business School or Engineering School with experience in Finance2+ years of experience in business controlling/finance and performance managementChange management/training and communication skillsKnowledge and appetite for digital productsExperience in collaborating with IT teamsAbility to work in an international organization with several Lines of Business and RegionsStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsContinuous problem-solving abilityKnowledge of Oracle EPM would be a plusFluent in English #J-18808-Ljbffr
