Description:
As a Senior Client Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading daily communication and execution with our clients in Canada, utilizing our Brand Advocate solution to deliver unparalleled value and results. Additionally, you will participate in one of our internal pods to provide shared resources and support for creative, reporting, training, or product support.
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep understanding of the social media landscape, highly proficient communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering best-in-class client experiences. In addition, fluency in both Québécois French and English is required.
The Senior Client Solutions Manager reports to a Director of Client Solutions, while supervising and providing guidance on day-to-day tasks to junior team members.
Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
Help maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Handle daily communication with clients, ensuring expectations are met
Foster understanding of nuances and context for effective communication
Address any issues or concerns that arise during the execution of projects
Project Management:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of all client deliverables
Mastering current task organizing and tracking system: Asana
Ensuring all tasks are completed on time and according to client specifications
Coordinating with internal teams: creative, product support, and technology
Reporting & Insights:
Analyze the performance of local content, campaigns and projects
Leverage data-driven insights and industry best practices
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Closely partner with media services to develop paid activation strategies
Translation Services:
Translate written or spoken material (live on calls) from English to Québécois French, ensuring accuracy and maintaining the intended meaning
Collaborate with clients to understand specific requirements for translation
Edit translated materials to ensure linguistic precision and coherence
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
Actively seek opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and efficiencies
Implement tools/methodologies to streamline operations and client satisfaction
Ensure deliverables from pods are best in class and align with client objectives
Be Creative and Inspire:
Help execute tactical solutions & marketing campaigns
Enable advocates to create human-centered relationships through social media
Contribute to the design and strategy of adoption tactics
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in social media, digital advertising, and brand marketing, with a focus on client management
Proven ability to build strong collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders
Advanced communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow through
Experience in social media marketing and content creation – agency or in-house setting
Problem-solving skills and adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Cultural sensitivity and awareness
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite and Google Suite skills
