Looking for Multiple Handypeople to join a Property Maintenance contract for 16 weeks based in Walthamstow 16 week contract, £15.00 paye or £18.87 umbrella + van and fuel card (no CIS options available) There is an opportunity for this role to become permanent Looking for someone who has worked in a Domestic environment ideally Social housing properties, undertaking minor repair works to include, Painting and general decorating, lock changes, splash tiles, patch plaster and mould washing ideally Needs Full UK driving licence CSCS Green card as a minimum or a trade qualification Previous experience in Social Housing Properties Please attach an updated cv to express your interest, and we will be in touch Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
