Key Responsibilities: * Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. * Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters for each job. * Conduct routine maintenance and tool changes to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime. * Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to quality standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, ensuring efficient and accurate production processes. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve overall efficiency. Requirements: * Proven experience as a CNC Miller, with proficiency in programming and operating CNC milling machines. * Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling selection, and cutting parameters. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Commitment to safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment.
