We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team at Barchester Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services in the UK. As a Bank Chef, you will have the opportunity to work with fresh seasonal food, deliver high-quality dishes, and contribute to a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious and flavoursome menus
• Work with residents to tailor menus to their needs
• Help manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
• Deliver hotel/restaurant standards without split shifts and long weeks

Requirements:

• A personable and warm approach with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of residents
• Hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent
• Experience in helping lead and inspire a team
• A good understanding of nutrition and HACCP
