Job Title: Senior Support Worker Role Summary: The Senior Support Worker plays a pivotal role in our organization, providing leadership, guidance, and support to a team of Support Workers. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, promoting positive outcomes for service users, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
