SEMH Behaviour Support Worker - Havant

Join our client specialised SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school for boys aged 11-16 and make a meaningful difference in students' lives. As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting students' learning, helping to regulate their behavior, and creating a safe environment conducive to growth. Requirements: A genuine passion for working with young people with SEMH needs. Excellent communication skills and shared interests such as sports, gaming, music, fitness, the outdoors, horse riding, or sailing. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
