With steady growth over the last five years, we are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Project Manager with strong commercial experience to drive the successful delivery of projects and support our strategic business goals. The Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the operations team and oversee multiple civil projects valued up to $30m. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will shape organisational strategy, from bid selection through to project completion. Based at our North Lakes office with regular site travel, this role provides the opportunity to influence both the success and culture of a growing business. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from tender through to practical completion Inspire and lead the team to maximize performance and engagement Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery to high standards Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards Meet KPI targets for quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance Optimize project resources, personnel, equipment, and materials Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance with the Finance Manager Provide operational reports to the General Manager About You The ideal candidate will have proven experience in civil project delivery, particularly in infrastructure projects, with a strong commercial acumen and leadership capabilities.
