Site Quantity Surveyor Location: Somerset Belcan has a job opportunity to work with one of our clients, a world leader within many key industries based in Somerset location for permanent role. Role Quantity Surveyor will provide Estimating and Subcontract control support to projects. Main Responsibilities * As a Quantity Surveyor you will clear backlog of Measures (convert to invoice) * Gather documents from internal stakeholder (missing items) * Compile final measure package and submit to Customer * Respond to and resolve queries received from Customer * Convert final valuation to invoice * Subcontract Management (i.e. PWHT) * Prepare document packages and issue to Subcontractor for pricing * Prepare budget, issue to Customer and obtain approval * You will Issue instruction to Subcontractors * Ensure robust Change management throughout execution phase, raise TQ's as necessary * Expedite receipt of final measures and QA documents * Compile final measure package and submit to Customer * Respond to and resolve queries received from Customer * Convert final valuation to invoice Experience & Qualifications * Either engineering or commercial qualification * Degree (Engineering, Quantity Surveying, IT, or equivalent) Next steps… If this could be of interest to you, apply using the link below!
