To be a consideration for this role you must have direct Service Advisor experience working for a main car dealership after-sales operation. You will be professional, resilient with first class customer service skills. The successful Service Advisor will: - * Be a confident and driven individual * Have a great work ethic * Possess a high level of resilience to workload and pressure * Have exceptional customer service skills * Have patience and understanding Key Responsibilities in this key customer facing Service Advisor role: * Communicating and updating the progress of customers vehicles, whilst they are serviced or repaired * Confidentially explaining diagnosis of faults * Upselling important and urgent repairs * Ensuring customers' experiences are as premium as the cars on offer * Handling customer concerns and complaints in order to reach positive outcomes PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST DRIVE TO BE A CONSIDERATION FOR THIS ROLE
