Key responsibilities include: Provide support to students with learning and physical disabilities, helping them thrive in all aspects of their education and personal development. Offer compassionate assistance with personal care tasks, including mobility support and health-related needs, ensuring students feel supported and valued. Adapt and enhance learning materials to meet the unique needs of each student, creating an inclusive and effective educational environment. Guide students in developing essential skills and strategies for independent learning and personal organization, empowering them to manage their own educational journey. Requirements (skills/ Qualifications/ Experience) GCSE'S in both Maths and English (grade c/4 or above) Experience within the care sector ( EY, HSC etc) Experience/ Familiar or have an understanding of SEN needs and how to support this (desirable) Positive and outgoing attitude with a willingness to learn new things/ grow and progress with the company.
