Registered Childrens Home Manager Location: Cheddar, Somerset Salary: £46,800 - £52,000 per annum + eligible for the £10,000 per annum bonus. Earning potential of up to £62,000 per annum. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the childrens home, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety. Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support. Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and all relevant legislation. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of each child. Maintain effective communication with children, families, and external agencies. Oversee the home's budget and resources effectively.Requirements: Prior experience working in childrens residential care. In-depth understanding of childrens home regulations.
