Revenue Manager - £40k

Revenue Manager Yellow 42 Recruitment are working on behalf of an exciting 4-Star Hotel Brand in the heart of Glasgow City Centre, offering an eclectic mix of luxe interiors and traditional design pieces.  The Job – Revenue Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Manager to join the team and play a key role in this successful newly opened hotel.  As the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximising revenue and profitability through effective pricing and inventory management strategies.  Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimise room rates and occupancy levels. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for revenue growth. Analyse historical data and current market conditions to forecast future demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional offers and packages to drive revenue. Conduct regular revenue meetings with department heads to ensure effective communication and co-ordination. Utilise revenue management systems and tools to generate reports and analyse data for decision-making purposes. Train and mentor team members on revenue management best practices and procedures. The Person – Revenue Manager The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Excellent knowledge of revenue management systems and tools and a proven track record of implementing successful revenue management strategies.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.  Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
