Vireo Video is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will be to lead our business development initiatives, manage and respond to inbound inquiries, and proactively identify, work and close outbound opportunities. You will work closely with our CEO and Marketing Manager to align our services with the short-term and long-term YouTube marketing and advertising goals of prospects. Your contributions will have a direct and significant impact on the growth of our business, and you will be rewarded for successfully securing new clients and deals.Responsibilities:Close new business deals by coordinating opportunities, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and engaging potential clients through outbound sales efforts.Screen and respond to inbound sales inquiries, meeting with and screening potential clients.Identify and prioritize key target accounts for account-based marketing (ABM) efforts, working closely with the Marketing Manager to align sales and marketing activities to maximize impact and ROI.Develop and pitch proposals that align with prospects' needs, effectively showcasing our services.Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintain short- and long-term business development plans.Track KPIs and report on activities to the CEO and Marketing team, providing insights and updates on sales performance.Advise on sales process improvements, including the development of sales decks, collateral, and updating the discovery agenda to ensure a streamlined and effective sales approach.Identify new strategies and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales growth and optimize the overall sales process.Create informative presentations; present and deliver information to potential clients at meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.Maintain a pipeline of all sales activities using our CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.Support clients and Account Managers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of services.Identify sales opportunities, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and present our services effectively.You are a great fit If you have/ are:Experience in sales for a marketing agency or digital media company.Previous experience in inbound/outbound sales or related sales experience; knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close.Strong understanding of YouTube.Experience with value-based selling to consult prospects and provide them value during calls.Experience with lead generation and prospect management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.Driven to succeed and actively work to improve yourself.Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively about sales approachesProven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growthStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sales initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.A collaborative, positive, can-do attitude, with a strong focus on presenting solutions and overcoming challenges Experience: B2B Sales: 5 years (preferred)Marketing Agency or Media Sales: 3+ Years (preferred)YouTube experience: 1+ Years (preferred)Why Join Us:At Vireo Video, we're striving to be the best YouTube marketing agency in the world.
