Engineering Project Manager (M/F)

You will find respect and consideration to develop yourself at different levels.As an Engineering Project Manager, you will lead project execution and coordinate the contribution of all stakeholders (from project brief until agreed sustained performance is achieved) by managing a cross-functional team whose objective is to oversee the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets. This could involve the relocation and optimization of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets. It must extend from the initial conceptual studies through to project closeout.A day in the life of a:Fulfill Project Brief project charter and PMP and manage the gate principle.Organize project execution and manage budget above 20 Mchf.Trigger steering committee (alert).Develop and evaluate team members.Manage and coach project team.Control project communication.What will make you successful:A person of integrity: you are convinced that you can do your job in a responsible way. You are eager to learn new things and motivated to meet new personalities.5+ years experience in an international project environment context within which projects were defined and budgeted, assessed, and implemented (entire project lifecycle) with PMI certification.Experience in capital investment project management in the food industry with experience of managing projects with success around 15 Mchf.Ability to translate engineering knowledge into a fully compliant operation.Ability to communicate in English.Mobility across Europe is mandatory.Willingness to accept change and the ability to manage it.
