Looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of customer service, support and account management. The Account Executive- Commercial Lines- Ground Transportation, Commercial Lines position provides day to day support to Capstones Insureds and also to Capstone’s sales producers.
Responsibilities:
Act as liaison between Capstone’s clients and insurance companies in order to independently resolve service problems and related issues
Assist in the development and obtaining of insurance programs to suit individual customers business needs, often covering variety of risks
Support the marketing of renewals, drafting and preparing renewal client proposals?
Providing superior customer support – manage customer needs to a successful and timely resolution?
Processing of endorsements
Supporting payroll audits as required
Adding,?deleting?or updating vehicles on customer accounts?
Issuing certificates,?evidences?and ID cards?
Maintain and keep current, all bookkeeping systems,?database?and records
Support the processing of claims and assure appropriate outcome for the insureds?
Processing Non-Pay Cancellations and resolving billing issues??
General miscellaneous tasks as required?
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a team environment, but also to make independent decisions in the best interest of our insureds
Strong attention to detail
Ability to proactively identify issues and critically think through / solve problems
Customer service oriented – ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer
Proficient in Microsoft O365 (i.e.?word, excel, etc.)?
Familiar with Agency Management Systems and Carrier websites
Experience working with carrier underwriters
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills?
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively?
Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs as required?
High School diploma or equivalent required?
Preferred - 3+ years Commercial Lines experience
NJ Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
