QA Tester, France

1. Collaborating with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to understand project requirements and create test plans. 2. Creating detailed test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on project requirements and functional specifications. Review test cases, update and administrate them. 3. Testing to ensure the quality and functionality applying the best testing strategy for each case. 4. Identifying, documenting, reporting and tracking defects. 5. Generating test reports and providing regular updates on testing progress, including test coverage, test results, and defect metrics. 6. Test Environment Management: Setting up and maintaining test environments, including test data preparation and configuration management. 7. Implementing best practices, participating actively in QA community by sharing the knowledge and offer support. 8. Working closely within cross-functional teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the development lifecycle. Requirements Experience: Several years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on e-commerce or retail domains. Familiarity with B2C platforms, such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, or similar platforms, and their testing requirements Knowledge of Testing Methodologies: Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing techniques, test case design, and test execution. Test Automation Skills: is a bonus but not mandatory Technical Skills: Good understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with web services testing (RESTful APIs). Test Management Tools: Experience with test management tools as JIRA and TestRail it is a plus. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
