Warehouse Coordinator

Warehouse Coordinator OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for one of our clients based in Letchworth Garden City  Our client is looking for an individual that has a strong administration experience, knowledge of ERP / WMS systems and attention to detail.  Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30AM - 16:30PM £26,000 - £28,000  Immediate start Free on-site parking 25 days holiday + Bank holidays Warehouse Coordinator - Key Responsibilities: Managing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints Managing the forward and reverse logistics processes Tracking and documenting all logistic activities Coordinating maintenance scheduling and assigning internal work orders Sourcing and procuring spare parts and equipment for maintenance team Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations. Demonstrate knowledge of Import and Export procedures into and from the UK. Warehouse Coordinator - Skills and Experience: Previous experience within Warehouse administration / similar role Experience in forward logistics, import / export and reverse logistics  Excellent communication skills and building relationships Knowledge of ERP / Warehouse Management Systems  Ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
