• 7 Operating Suites
• 94-bed, Level IV neonatal intensive care unit
• 40 private, ER treatment rooms
• Avg Annual ED Volume: 42k-48K
• Avg PPH: 1.8
• Backup Specialty: Cardiac, oncology, pulmonology, orthopedics, neurosurgery
• EMR: MediTech
• Trauma Designation: Level III
• 45 hrs. Physician Coverage: 6a-3p, 9a-6p, 3p-12a, 6p-3a, 9p-6a
• 48 hrs. APP Coverage: 6a-6p, 12p-12a, 6p-6a

Physician Credentialing Qualifications:

• Residency: Successful completion of an approved ACGME or AOA-accredited postgraduate training program in Emergency Medicine or Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
• Any physician falling under the grandfather clause declaring physicians board eligible if they completed 8,000 hours of clinical practice in emergency departments by 1988, will NOT qualify.

Experience:

• MUST have a 12-month current experience in an Emergency Department that offers pediatric services with an annual census of 10,000 patients or greater.
