Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a Stock Controller to work in their leading facility in Telford For the successful Stock Controller our client is offering: Competitive salary of up to £29,000 D.O.E 8:30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Permanent role Free on site parking The role – Stock Controller: Support replenishment and stock transfer processes. Responsible for accurate and timely stock adjustment for all discrepancies. Help to control the process of all material movements in and out of production/warehouse Accurate recording of all stock movements. Identify areas of poor stock control and propose corrective actions. Review material control procedures. Inputting data into the computer system Safely and accurately locate all good and materials Responsible for organising stock take. Accurately Picking/despatching external shipments onto computer system Following health & safety guidelines whilst on site Manual handling and manual work should the forklift trucks all be in use What our client is looking for in a Stock Controller: Must hold driving licence - ESSENTIAL Excellent knowledge of computerised stock control systems including NAVISION - ESSENTIAL Excellent analytical skills Good computer literacy and numeracy skills Working knowledge of NAV or similar MRP software Key skills or similar Job titles: Stock controller / Stores person / Inventory controller /  Commutable From: Telford / Bridgnorth / Shifnal / Broseley / Wolverhampton / Newport / Market Drayton / Shrewsbury / Cannock For further information about this and other positions please apply now.
