As the Business Development Director at Sporty Group, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a solid understanding of the iGaming industry, and a proven track record in business development and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives
  2. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and potential revenue streams
  3. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
  4. Analyze data to identify potential business opportunities and provide actionable insights to senior management
  5. Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders in the iGaming industry
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, affiliates, and other external entities to enhance business opportunities
  7. Drive revenue growth through the development of new business initiatives, products, and services
  8. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s market presence
  9. Lead the development of business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations
  10. Ensure that all contractual agreements align with the company’s strategic goals and compliance requirements
  11. Work closely with marketing, product development, legal, and finance teams to ensure cohesive execution of business development initiatives
  12. Provide guidance and support to internal teams to facilitate the successful launch and operation of new partnerships and projects
  13. Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities
  14. Prepare regular reports for senior management on business development progress, opportunities, and risks

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  2. Extensive experience in the iGaming industry or a related field is highly desirable
  3. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
  4. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies
  5. Deep understanding of market dynamics, regulatory environments, and industry trends in the iGaming sector
  6. Highly motivated and results-oriented
  7. Strong leadership and team management abilities
  8. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  9. Innovative thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
