Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative Location: Hounslow, London Salary: £12.50 per hour Temp to Perm Job Overview: Pin Point Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our clients team in Hounslow. As a Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that public and private grounds are kept in excellent condition. You will work independently, visiting various sites around the Hounslow area, using your skills and expertise to maintain green spaces to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: * Perform general grounds maintenance duties, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, pruning, and planting. * Operate a range of grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other machinery safely and efficiently. * Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment, ensuring they are maintained and in good working order. * Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting client specifications and health and safety requirements. * Manage your schedule effectively, traveling between multiple sites in Hounslow and surrounding areas. * Respond promptly to customer queries or site-specific requests, providing excellent service at all times. Qualifications and Experience: * Proven experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a similar role. * Ability to use a variety of grounds maintenance tools and machinery. * Full UK driving license required due to the mobile nature of the role. * Strong understanding of health and safety practices in grounds maintenance. * Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. * Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and the public. * PA1/PA6 spraying certificate or similar qualification is desirable but not essential.
