Description du poste In this role you will be in charge of defining the new technical roadmap of the project. You will have a significant impact on the game through these different responsibilities: Define the technological vision of the project and take charge of the technical deliverables. Ensure the coherence, efficiency, scalability, modularity, and compatibility of the features. Promote good software architectural practices and good programming practices for the project. Evaluate existing engines and tools to determine their strengths and weaknesses and recommend those that best meet project objectives and expectations. Ensure the game’s optimal performance and ensure that project teams have the tools required to produce the required content. Lead the development efforts of the technical department and provide mentorship. Be the point of contact for all technical matters at director level discussions for the project. Qualifications You have: a solid experience in coding or other relevant experience. confidence in your ability to lead technical teams and have a real impact on tech decisions. good knowledge of the video game industry and have already contributed to the release of different games. experience working within various game engines, which is important for this position. the ability to be autonomous, proactive, and comfortable with communication exercises. a good level of English, both oral and written.
