Job type Full-time Permanent Shift and schedule 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Location Toronto, ON Full job description We are seeking an experienced Cloud Software Developer with a strong background in software programming and cloud services. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing, modifying, and implementing software applications, along with a deep understanding of AWS services, DevOps practices, and programming languages such as Ruby and Go . Responsibilities: Design, modify, develop, and implement software programming applications. Support and install software applications and operating systems. Participate in the testing process, including test reviews, analysis, witnessing, and certification of software. Apply standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant field. Exercise limited experience and judgment to plan and achieve set goals. Work under general supervision while demonstrating creativity and latitude in problem-solving. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Self-motivated with excellent self-learning abilities. Experience with DevOps practices. Familiarity with AWS services. Proficiency in Ruby programming language. Knowledge of Docker for containerization. Preferred experience with OpenTelemetry or Dynatrace for telemetry and monitoring.
