Day to Day you will be include, but not be limited to: * Liaising with clients and candidates to fill roles * Meeting clients * Taking full job briefs * Interviewing and mentoring candidates * Organising interviews * Account managing existing clients and generating new business * Recording video interviews * Creating and sending email campaigns * Utilising social media to find suitable candidates * Communicating via phone, email and social media About you: * 2 years or more proven experience within Recruitment or Sales. * Ability to show initiative and resilience under pressure (this job can be challenging!). * Entrepreneurial mindset - can think outside the box and solve problems. * Have a proven consistent track record of active business development (new client terms signed + account management). * Experience using 365/Office package in the work place. * Have a strong personal desire to succeed and achieve. * Are a strong team player and enjoy a positive, energetic office culture.
