Overview

Greenspace is transforming the way that mental health care is accessed, measured and delivered through innovative technology that empowers service providers and their clients with the tools and information they need to thrive. We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing customer success team and deliver best in class data analytics for the hospitals, health systems and national organizations that we work with.

The Role

As a Data Analyst within the Customer Success team at Greenspace, you will be at the forefront of transforming mental health care through data-driven insights. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness and efficiency of mental health services provided by hospitals, health systems, and national organizations. By delivering best-in-class analytics and visualizations, you will empower healthcare providers to make informed decisions, optimize patient care, and ultimately improve patient outcomes.

Our goal is to deliver the gold standard mental health analytics for any healthcare organization delivering mental health services. We have invested heavily in our platform and infrastructure to provide our customers with a best-in-class data and analytics experience. This innovation has opened a whole new world of possibilities for our customers and created an opportunity for us to be the market leader in mental health data and analytics. You will support our customers by taking their data and presenting it to them in clear and compelling formats that will allow them to drive impact at their organization and, more broadly, within their area of the mental health system.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with our customers (hospitals, health systems, clinics, agencies) to understand what information, insights and learnings they need and want to see from their patient data.
  • Delight our customers by creating and embedding visualizations that allow them to access and visualize their data in ways they never thought possible and proactively contribute to the visualization library
  • Create custom dashboards and reports to ensure our customers can easily and efficiently get the information they need for internal operations and external reporting requirements.
  • Work with the product and data team to synthesize customer requests and feedback into scalable product solutions and define and address product gaps
  • Use your judgment and expertise to solve customers’ challenges and problems.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Customer Success team and the rest of the organization to solve customers’ challenges and problems.
  • Partner with data engineering to define requirements for new datasets.
  • Utilize data to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and areas of friction in measurement-based care within the product for our customers.
  • Influence and inform customers by presenting data-based recommendations and insights.
  • Synthesize large data sets into digestible information
  • Constantly strive to improve processes for our team to become more efficient - don’t just accept the status quo.

Key Skills

  • 3-4 years of experience working as a Data Analyst in Digital Health, Healthcare Analytics or a or similar data-analytics oriented role in the mental health or healthcare sector.
  • 2-3 years of experience communicating and working with large customers.
  • Proficient at using relational databases and SQL (LookML is also preferred).
  • Proficient in using BI tools such as Looker (preferred), Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
  • Experience with product usage tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Pendo, Amplitude, Sentry, etc.
  • Experience working with large-scale data sets of varying granularities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and relentless follow-through.
