Field Service Engineer

My Client in Bristol is Looking for a Field service engineer. Job Overview: We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team in providing technical support and maintenance back up to our clients across various locations throughout the South West and Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Water Purification equipment on-site. Duties: - Conduct on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment - Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions - Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance product performance - Document service activities, including repairs and replacements - Provide training and technical support to customers on equipment operation - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during service visits Skills: - Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role - Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience in Servicing and Fault Finding of Industrial Water Filters, Softeners and Reverse Osmosis Systems covering the South West - Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Join us as a Field Service Engineer to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional technical support to our clients while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
