We’re a fast-paced urban residential design/ build firm that is growing and seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our energetic team.The ideal candidate has 5+ years experience in:- City of Calgary Bylaw, Development/Building Permit applications and National Building Code standards- Residential architecture/ construction- Is proficient with computer-aided design (CAD) softwareAnd is also- Resourceful- Detail-oriented- Professional- Productive and efficientResponsibilities include:- Preparation/ submission of City of Calgary Development Permit and Building Permit application sets- Preparation of detailed contract drawing sets, including floor plans, exterior elevations, interior details, and specifications- Upkeep of detailed working construction drawings, including floor plans, exterior elevations, interior details, and specifications - Design Collaboration General information:- Office location: #100, 1604 10 Avenue S.W.- Office hours: Monday- Friday, 9:00- 5:00- Start time: As soon as possible- Application: Please address to Shane Rennie vis [email protected]                        + Include resume and portfolio- Wage: Please send wage expectations with applicationIf this sounds like it would be a good fit for you, we’d love to hear from you!
