Reportingto the Sales Manager, as the Sales Representative you areresponsible for building relationships, driving results, achieving andexceeding targets, and contributing to the overall success of the dealershipsales team. You must be adaptable and flexible in how the customer chooses toengage from initial inquiring to the final purchase of a vehicle. You areinnately experienced in using multiple digital platforms to interact withcustomers from E-leads through to advance online and mobile applications.

Asa Sales Representative, you believe and excel in immediate customerresponsiveness and communication following the Leggat Digital Customer-DrivenStandards and the Sales Policy Process.

Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the dealership.

· Identify potential customers and follow up on leads generated by the dealership.

· Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that best meets their needs and budget.

· Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with customers to showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle.

· Negotiate prices and financing options with customers to close sales.

· Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
