Senior Technical Manager - Microgrid and Battery Energy StorageJob Type: PermanentDisplay Date: Monday August 8 2022Display End Date: Friday November 25 2022Job Duration: PermanentSchedule: DayNumber of Positions Available: 1Starting Date: As soon as possibleCity: MontrealJob Description and Details:Details of the Job:Developing the creation of equipment specifications, procurement, and factory acceptance testing of batteries, inverters, battery enclosures, and other miscellaneous equipment associated with energy storage projects.Provide guidance and field engineering support to construction and startup personnel during construction and commissioning.Requirements:Experience with energy storage in both utility-scale and/or large industrial facilities, including the following design types, is strongly preferred: battery technology/chemistry selection, battery sizing, one-line development, site arrangements, inverter selection, cable ampacity calculations, grounding, protective relaying and associated systems design and construction administration.7 years electrical engineering experience. EPC project experience preferred.Excellent written & verbal communication, as well as strong analytical & problem-solving skills, are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
