We are seeking a Nursery Manager for a unique early childhood education setting that combines traditional preschool education with the wonders of the natural world. Set in a beautiful, expansive natural environment where children can explore, learn, and grow through hands-on experiences with nature, we are looking for a dynamic Nursery Manager to oversee all aspects of the nursery's operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all the children.

Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Curriculum Development: Develop and implement an innovative outdoor curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards and incorporates nature-based learning
- Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning space
- Parent and Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress. Promote the nursery within the local community
- Administrative Duties: Manage financials, budgets, enrolment, and supplies, maintaining accurate records and reports
- Hold a full and relevant early years childcare qualification, level 3 or above
- Experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting. Experience with nature-based programs is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of early childhood education standards and practices
