Nuclear Site Engineer

Nuclear Site Engineer Aldermaston Berkshire. Position type: Contract Inside IR35 Hybrid working arrangement An excellent opportunity for an experienced contract Nuclear Facility Engineer has arisen with one of our clients an MOD research facility. Successful applicants will have experience working with nuclear safety cases and associated documentation either previously in a nuclear facility or as part of the UK armed forces in some capacity. What will you do in this position? Contract Management. Managing external stakeholder nuclear safety cases. Partake in design reviews. Leading shortfall meetings. Facility risk assessments and planning improvements if required. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience working in a nuclear environment with a good knowledge of nuclear legislation and regulations. HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject, this can be a mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering focus. Strong background in project engineering / management methodologies.
