We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Support Worker at Randstad Care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment for young people to grow and develop, while also promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
The service is a well-established and highly regarded organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable young people in Angus and the surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualised support to young people to help them achieve their goals and aspirations
- Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to support
- Developing and implementing person-centred plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of support provided
