Credit Collections Representative

This candidate will be responsible for full-cycle collections and credit duties within a fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities

• Daily collection calls on past-due accounts
• Account reconciliations
• Setting up new accounts
• Accessing credit worthiness
• Establishing credit limits
• Review credit limits on new and existing accounts
• Credit Hold approvals.
• Supporting with month-end closing
• AR reporting

Qualifications

• Completion of a post-secondary school diploma or certificate in finance or accounting
• CCP enrolment or designation is an asset
• 3-5+ years of experience required
• Strong knowledge of corporate collections and credit protocols
• Strong Excel skills
• ERP experience required
• Effective communication skills; written and verbal
